Front-end Web Developer

r42 communication is seeking a motivated front-end Web Developer to assist in the production and maintenance of traditional and mobile websites. The ideal candidate is an expert in HTML/CSS and JavaScript (jQuery and other frameworks) and will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience building CMS-based web sites in a professional environment, be enthusiastic about interface design and ideally have some experience working with web servers.

Responsibilities

You will be working in a small agency environment, which means that you will have a very broad set of tasks and responsibilities. However, your core responsibilities will be to assist in developing web sites with Kentico CMS.

You will be involved in the complete developing process from design to production.

Required Technical Skills and Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of X/HTML and CSS
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript and some experience with JavaScript libraries such as jQuery
  • Some experience with web content management systems
  • High attention to detail and a general appreciation of design
  • Bi-lingual

Desirable Skills

  • Interface design experience
  • Experience with mobile web sites
  • Experience with .Net/C# programming
  • Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server
  • Experience with After Effects
