We've found our junior web developer and are proud to introduce him to you. Jérôme Lille, has just completed his studies in Information Technology and is ready for the challenges of agency life.

Jérôme Lille: r42's new web developer
We're keen that he's so motivated and shown that he's a self-starter having already gotten his feet wet on several personal projects. His adaptability and knowledge of multiple CMS systems are also big pluses and we can't wait to have him up-to-speed with Kentico. At the moment he's digging his way through a Flash file; an ActionScript 3 book at the ready should he need it. Yesterday he had his first - "great job" pat on the back with a quick resolution to a client's request about an issue regarding mobile (iPhone) display.
Jerôme hails from Haguenau (nearby Strasbourg), France and came to Montreal to complete his studies at the International Institute of Information Technology. Here, he'll have the opportunity to put most of what he's learned to the test as he'll work on all aspects of projects with us.
While Ralph's heavy German accent and Alice's English one might leave him with a quizzical look on his face from time-to-time, it's just another opportunity for us all to work on communication or have a laugh. We're hoping that Jerome will appreciate our favourite part of this city... the Plateau. It isn't Paris but we think he'll adapt quite well to life around the Main. As he's a fan of Xtreme sports we're hoping that he doesn't show up Monday mornings with broken limbs.
